Our Story
Shri Medscan Imaging Center was established in 2017 to give the people of Bhubaneswar reliable access to advanced diagnostic imaging and pathology services, close to home. What began as a single facility has grown into two centres serving patients across Chandrasekharpur and Patrapada, backed by a team of eleven specialist doctors (five consultant radiologists, two pathologists, and four cardiology specialists) along with trained laboratory technicians and radiographers.
Over 9 years of operation, our focus has stayed the same: accurate results, honest communication, and a comfortable experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Whether you are here for a routine health check-up, a doctor-referred scan, or an urgent test, our goal is to make the process straightforward and the results dependable.
Today, Shri Medscan has supported thousands of patients across Bhubaneswar and the wider Odisha region, and we continue to invest in equipment, training, and quality systems to keep pace with modern diagnostic standards.

Accreditations & Quality Standards
Quality Certifications & NABL Status
Our pathology laboratory is currently in the process of NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) accreditation. While the process is under way, every test continues to be carried out under the supervision of our consultant pathologists, and every report is reviewed by a pathologist before it is released.
Safety Procedures: All imaging and sample-collection procedures follow standard safety and hygiene protocols, including radiation-safety practices for X-ray and CT, and sterile handling for blood collection and needle-based tests such as EMG.
